Hasta 2015 todos los documentos de los ministerios estaban disponibles y, como eran documentos técnicos, se mostraban millones de bolívares no usados, mal usados, desperdiciados, de proyectos que no se terminaron o que se retrasaron. Al año siguiente ya no se publicaban: las bases de datos que estaban en Excel las empezaron a poner en PDF, las de PDF las pusieron en buscadores… Durante 2016 todavía había bases de datos, pero eran secundarias o de instituciones no tan ligadas al poder central. Todavía podíamos corroborar información o comparar a Hugo Chávez con los presidentes anteriores, pero el Gobierno pasó a quitar bases de datos, a eliminar estadísticas, o a dejarlas con siete u ocho años de retraso.
