Antonio Ecarri, Juan Guaidó’s ambassador in Spain, has reached an agreement with the Community of Madrid so that Venezuelans who reside in this region and are not registered in the health system can receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
The agreement has been negotiated between the Asociación Centro Hispanovenezolano para la Democracia and the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid and its beneficiaries will be those Venezuelans residing in a Madrid municipality who are not registered in the public health system and want to be vaccinated.
