“We have been able to corroborate the transfer to Yare II, Yare III and Rodeo II of 17 prisoners of conscience,” confirmed former deputy Delsa Solórzano in a message posted on her Twitter account yesterday. Solórzano reiterated today that the transfers of “political prisoners” to common jails are “extremely serious, because Venezuela’s prisons are among the most dangerous in the world with 350 murdered a year.”
