Will President Biden change policy on Venezuela? The question — and presumed answer — moved enough votes in the 2020 U.S. elections to turn Florida red. But it was a conversation fraught with conjecture, cynicism and willful misinformation. There is no sign the new team has any intention of reversing the Trump administration’s approach.
