En Petare, el barrio considerado como “el más peligroso” de Venezuela, una iniciativa artística busca ofrecerle otra mirada para el resto del mundo, a través de la fotografía. El proyecto de arte fotográfico participativo “Inside Out” (de adentro hacia afuera) busca ayudar a personas y comunidades de todo el mundo a difundir un mensaje exponiendo sus retratos en la calle.
