Javier Tarazona, director of the NGO Fundaredes, reported via twitter that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) of Venezuela and the FARC dissidents entered the truce stage, after more than two months of clashes in the Apure state, border with Colombia, where there has been an indeterminate number of deaths.
So far the whereabouts or progress of the talks for the return of the Venezuelan soldiers captured by the Tenth Front of the FARC is unknown. But this truce could indicate the beginning of the return of the captured soldiers. By OnVenezuela
