A group of escaped monkeys from a Venezuelan zoo have taken to raiding kitchens in private homes for food. The “Las Delicias” zoo in Maracay in Aragua province has been closed for the past year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. People living near the zoo, like Carmen Lugo, aren’t sure if the monekys escaped or were released by zoo keepers who couldn’t afford to carry on feeding them. Full Text RepublicWorld
