Said Paul to Abrams, “What do you say as to replacing one socialist with another in Venezuela?” I’m not sure how I would have answered that question. I’m afraid I would have sputtered, and then been caustic. Stalin was one socialist, sure; and Norman Thomas was another. Peas in a pod, right?
