Venezuelan military kidnapped by FARC dissidents ask for the intercession of Chavismo

The statement has an addressee: Diosdado Cabello. The second man of Chavismo, vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and a retired Army captain, Cabello enjoys some ancestry within the Bolivarian Armed Forces for having participated in the military coups with Hugo Chávez in the 1990s.
