¿Cómo funciona el sistema electoral Venezolano?

Este domingo viviremos un día intenso en Venezuela debido a las elecciones regionales y municipales. Durante esa jornada, los venezolanos acudirán a votar a los centros de votación aunque se espera una baja participación. Apenas se han visto a los candidatos por las calles y ni en mítines ofreciendo su propuesta política.
